Replacing the normal order process with machines is rubbish . Can't even tell them how you like it anymore . Hardly any sauce on it . Plus we sat there for 20 minutes as they only had two people on during lunch rush . Mental . Cost saving as always
Organised chaos. The most disorganised service of any subway I’ve visited. Staff seem to be struggling with basic understanding of the English language. Half an hour to prepare a salad and a potato!
