Lovely little bar. They do great freshly cooked food. With a daily changing menu board. We had the Baked cod and the chicken Milanese. As the name suggests its a very dog friendly venue. Also great cocktails. Lovely friendly staff too. Review helpful like 👍 follow thanks

Excellent little cocktail and tapas bar located in Sherwood. A good selection of cocktails, beer and wine were available and we had no wait for service. Tapas options were on a board behind the bar and we selected 5 between 4 of us to have a light dinner. Every dish was beautiful but the star for me was a mushroom, stilton and gnocchi plate that was to die for. Highly recommend a visit, I certainly look forward to popping in again.

We had such a good time here on Friday night. Cocktails easily on par if not superior to some of the best in Nottingham. Tapas again some of the best, with the meatballs being the highlight - the best we’ve ever tasted. Live music complimented everything without it drowning out the already great atmosphere. Staff are absolutely top notch and it’s now our favourite place to spend a Friday night. Thanks guys!

Incredible little gem at the very top of Sherwood. Worth the walk up the hill to finish the evening here too. My partner and I had food and was made to feel extremely welcome by the owner and staff, especially as we hadn’t booked. Venue is small so would recommend booking in advance, but so worth it! Thanks guys

Top little bar. A real gem in Sherwood. Cosy and unpretentious but with a definite air of class. Always has a great atmosphere and the bar staff are always attentive. Pull up a stool at the bar, order a drink and dig into a freshly prepared small plate or two... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....

The pug really is a little gem. The food is really great and the menu is updated regularly to give frequent new things to try. The drinks are great, and served by people that really know what they’re doing. I’d recommend booking, as it can get busy, but it’s well worth a wait if that’s your choice

Friday nights here are fantastic! Food is delicious and huge selections of drinks/ cocktails ! Staff are lovely and welcoming and live music makes it a great atmosphere for a Friday evening.

Lovely bar and the staff are so friendly and attentive and drink selection is good. Menu has something for everyone. Only problem that stops me going in more is the cooking smell caused by lack of extraction clings to clothes and hair so have to wash all my clothing and hair after visiting.
