The 5 stars are for Naranda serving on her own on 27/09/23 - approx 12.45pm. She was super quick and had a big queue to deal with on her own. She deserves great credit for staying professional, very polite, friendly and doing a great job under pressure. I hope the higher management see this, as you should be employing more staff. Ps, not knocking others, as they looked busy doing delivery orders and other stuff. Just feel this lady deserves alot of praise 👏

I used to go here a lot, but they've stopped doing the cheese ploughman's sandwiches here (I don't know if that's something that's happened at every branch of Gregg's, or just this particular one?) And if you like Gregg's pizza, I'd avoid this store too, as they NEVER cook it properly. It's more like hot bread with a sh!t ton of tomato sauce spread onto it, and a tiny sprinkling of cheese scattered on top, then stuck into the oven for no more than a minute.

Instantly devestatedand then absolutely thrilled.Exceptional service from the guy who was working on the 10th of August as I ordered after going through the app and it was collect only. I was advised to order something else and they can pick up my original order to be delivered. It came and even though it was made well before it was srill hot and as a Greggs should be. Highly recommended. Big thanks to whomever was working that day!

Always very friendly.Great range of food. Plenty of parking. The O2 Priority free coffee every week is appreciated. Shaz is excellent and friendly with everyone. A great member of staff.

Had a sausage roll and a steak bake. Asked if they were warm. Was told yes.which they were. Perfectly so. Not so hot that they melted my teeth ( which I have experienced in other Greggs) and not cold either. Perfect temperature. Lovely lady served me too. Sadly I didn't catch her name.
