Saracens has become our regular hangout. It has a very friendly and chilled out atmosphere. The staff are very attentive and always have the best recommendations, especially Kasim. He knows his shisha and gives the best service with a smile. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Food is very tasty too!

Saracens is the spot to visit. Amazing atmosphere and even better service. The food comes out fresh and in a timely manner. Kassim went above and beyond to ensure everything on our visit was to the Saracens standard.

Mahdi, Ahmed, Aman. Very attentive staff. Excellent cuisine choice of food. The atmosphere is beautiful and calming. The service was immaculate, definitely recommend. the portion of food and the taste, I can’t give an improvement as it taste so good. Will definitely be coming back. You can tell that they care about their community.

Great restaurant with good choice of options for the menu. The waiter was very professional and very knowledgeable and able to adapt menu selection to how we liked our food. Parts of the restaurant are currently still being revamped, we were however placed near the disabled toilets which we would have preferred to have been away from toilet areas. The parking can be quite challenging during peak times as it's located near the city centre. Overall good food options and reasonably priced menu.

Amazing atmosphere and kindly tabled upstairs upon request - food was delicious and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. We were served by Masih who was lovely and provided excellent service! Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again in the future!
