Me and my partner visited for a birthday lunch, and were served by Jasmine, who gave us the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. She was attentive, knowledgable about the menu, and kind. She went above and beyond for our visit, and made us feel really valued, which is rare in hospitality staff nowadays.
If I could give her customer service 10 stars I would, but 5/5 stars will have to do.
The food was expertly prepared and so flavoursome, we’ll definitely be returning.

Under the recommendation of my friend, I ordered a Buldak Fire Bowl 🔥 plus two lattes for myself and my partner. We shared a large bowl and the lattes - they are so healthy and filling. You definitely get your moneys worth.

Impressive! And I am very satisfied with my meal☺️ They open at 12 but I can already smell the food at 11. We ordered the most spicy bowl in big and non spicy bowl in regular size (forget the name of the bowls).
Rich ingredients, we’ve got beef, a lot of veggies, avocado, kimchi, corianders and more. Good combination with the sauces too! I would prefer a-bit more rice to mix with in the Big bowel that I upgraded. Otherwise, everything was great in general.
The guys works there listened to our food preferences and gave us a lot of ideas and recommendations of what to order. Very helpful and friendly 👍🏻

One of my favourite places to eat in Nottingham. The perfect takeaway if you are looking for a balanced meal. The staff are friendly and happy to customize my order which is always so appreciated! Special shout out to Shivam who goes the extra mile to ensure my order is spot on.

I'd heard about this place but never been in... I'm so annoyed at myself for not going sooner! The bowl I had was delicious and Lucy our server was so helpful. She gave us some tempeh to try before we ordered our bowl and swapped one of the sauces for me as I'm not a peanut fan. I can't wait to come back again and try more bowls and the pancakes and smoothie bowl - my Mum had the waffles which looked amazing 😍

I’ve never eaten Korean food before, and it was delicious - healthy, yet filling and tasty, Lucy served us and went out of her way to advise and let me taste an ingredient I wasn’t sure of before I ordered it. I didn’t need it (!) but decided to have a waffle too; and that came beautifully presented and packed with fruit. The only downsides for me were the limited drink selection (no coffee) and the small dine-in area. I will make this a regular venue for a healthy lunch.

Was working in the area last tuesday and a colleague recommended I visit, as it was my first time at a Grounded Kitchen establishment I did not know what to have nor what the dishes were in honesty. An employee named Charlie did an excellent job at recommending a meal and it was delicious. Excellent service! Excellent food! (From a vegetarian)

Came in with my mates on Tuesday for the first time and I was not disappointed. Charley recommended the gochujang bowl, and it was really tasty. I was surprised that such good food could be made at such a fast pace. Will be back soon for sure !!

Staff are really friendly and really enjoyed the fire tofu. Will defo go again. Probablyy favourite asian restaurant in West Bridgford, and there's a lot of good ones to choose from. But what made it was Dylan’s customer service and knowledge on the bowls.
