Took my Autistic son and his sister to buy school shoes with the promise of a milkshake after. McDonalds had no milkshakes and it all went pear shaped. He was having an impressive meltdown, refused to eat the happy meal and we left. Popped into Muffin Break in the hope of saving the situation and wow did they make my day. They sorted milkshakes and even made my very fussy boy a special order ham sandwich exactly how he likes it. On a day I felt I was going to join my son and have a meltdown too, I was pleasantly surprised with the kindness from the fantastic staff. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for helping a mum in distress!
Not usually a coffee shop girl, but had a lovely panini and huge hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows.... heaven! Staff lovely and very polite.
Clean and well looked after. Good amount of shops. Average selection. Closing times are too early. Parking station is very old fashion( it only accept coins, which is very inconvenient).
Not my first destination choice when I want to go shopping due to the limited selection of shops, parking situation and unsocial opening times if you work full time. I rather travel 30min to go to fosse Park or Tamworth. However I am extremely grateful fore the Ropewalk as it is close by, and when I do need something simple and quick it is there.
This is the first time I have visited the site and I & my partner will be pleased to visit the site a lot more shopping options availablility for us both to explore. It's only a few miles away from me and the trips are worth doing on Market days they are usually twice a week on a Wednesday and Saturday.
Still a few empty units but is filling up slowly. Kept clean and tidy and shops which are there are quite varied and have a good selection of goods

Very good place to shop and spend the day lots of choice of different shops and a clean and pleasant town to visit expecially when the weather very hot.
Nice walk around. Parking in the multistorey was easy and priced reasonably. There's a good range of shops inside for a look around, I tend to mooch around TKmaxx and have coffee in Costa 😁 two direct exits to Nuneaton Town centre, and one exit to the other two Victoria car parks a 2 min walk away. A central point to meet, or start your day having a shop around.
OK, not been for a long time. Found it very quiet and not enough shops now.😞
Plenty of shops, a few cafes to get a nice cake and coffee. There's a car park inside too if it's raining. Foot exits into the main town centre with lots of cafes, shops, pubs, charity shops, jewellers etc.
Busy. Good selection of shops. No heating in shopping centre.
More and more shops are becoming empty..
Good access but a lot of empty units.
