We visited Costa Coffee to do 'settle training' with our Guide Dog puppy in training.
Staff were very accepting and helpful. Paxton, our puppy, was a hit with the customers who wanted to meet him.

Visited on a very busy Saturday morning. The queue moved quickly and once served or drinks were made promptly too. Unfortunately, they had run out of the seasonal special drinks syrups. Staff were friendly.

Was served by the lovely Stacey she could not do enough. Above and bejond noticed she was making sure everything was clean and stocked regulars got there drinks as they like it i will come again what fantastic service a real asset to costa. Staff like her need to be valued

Costs coffee in my opinion is the best coffee you can buy, either their Lattes being a particular favourite of mine, I'm also loving the M&S food range they now sell, delicious!

They treated us very well and offered some treats and milk to my toddler.

Welcoming staff, prompt service and relaxed atmosphere. Much enjoyed my iced Latte and toaste before carrying on with my day. Very clean establishment with a well presented pastry case and good selection of lunch items from toastes to paninis.

Always busy, but staff still give excellent customer service.

We had 2 ordinary coffees, with a miniscule amount of milk which came to £4.25, we also had 2 packets of ginger biscuits @ £1.75 each which should have come to £7.75, but we were charge £9.89, and what was worse was we couldn't even drink the coffee as it tasted like the dregs from the machine, as she was too busy talking with other staff members, we would have had to wait again to complain. We will NEVER revisited this particular Costa again.

Always a lovely coffee shop to vitst, super friendly staff and the shop is always clean. And its nice too see staff keeping up social distancing standards and reminding customers to use track and trace when eating in 👍

You can spend a pleasant time here, also with children.

I always try and find a Costa Coffee when ever I go somewhere as you know you will always get the same quality coffee any Costa you go.
The same can be said here too, great food choice and the coffee was perfect, very pleasant staff, clean and tidy but very busy.
I would however suggest that they should if allowed make the outside seating area larger it would improve the overall appearance.
