Fantastic menu. We had a vegan, vegetarian and kids with us. There was something for everyone! The vegan club was a masterpiece. Loved that the kids could share the smoothie without any fuss. The staff were very friendly and I'd definitely go back there, even with the kids as we felt so welcome. A fabulous cafe 😊

I commend them for making an effort to provide a good selection of food and drink catering for dietary requirements. Other independents across the country should take note. Despite this they did make a mistake and gave us a drink with normal milk at first...so double check you are getting what you ordered. The place looks small but has an upstairs which is not immediately obvious from the street.

Service was ok, cakes were nice, coffee was fab. The cafe itself is a bit small, but it does have more tables upstairs. I think if it was full downstairs would feel a little claustrophobic. That said, very nice cafe.😊

Nice cosy and warm cafe to find on a wet day in august! Fantastic homemade food at reasonable prices. Excellent staff.(A girl spilled her drink and broke the glass.But everything was cleared up with a smile and a free drink!10/10 for that!)

We were well catered for with a bespoke veggie breakfast and a lovely pot of hot tea. It was such a lovely relaxed atmosphere, there was a moment where 3 tables ended up humming along to Beatles songs together, Magical!

great value and delicious food. Though - the options on the menu didn't seem to have much to do with the cafe's African (?) theme. I had club sandwich and aero milkshake - Was good!

Don't be put off by the bright orange and plastic looking chairs it's actually a great cafe with lots of choice, including veggie and healthy food, and fruit teas. Love the crepes with a major list of options to pick your perfect fillings combinations.
