Love this little warm pub! Amazing atmosphere, lovely staff and lovely management! if your ever in Oakham and need to refuel the food here is lush! And all the punters are amazing!

Hired the function room out for our sons christening party on 12th March the staff were welcoming and asked how I'd like the room setting up ect, Service with a smile as always and friendly anything we needed they helped with all round amazing staff definatly going to hire the room again x
Decent little place - proper locals pub!
Cheap beer and staff were lovely.
Once grievance was that it did feel like a local and thus the crowd didn't seem too pleased we popped in for a drink.
Cracking pub, good beers, friendly and welcoming staff, juke box, pool table and dartboard, regular Saturday night entertainment with live music. Big function room that can be hired out for private partys. Friendly locals.
Excellent place for a good night out! Landlady and landlord are very friendly fun loving people, always giving the customers lots of laughs and entertainment, thanks Kay & John xx
Great family friendly pub, great service and always feel welcome, from putting your own music on the music box and football on the multiple TVs they have to offer they can cater to anyone and need i not mention the incredible sunday lunch they do.
I've drank in this pub since I was 16 .I'm 40 now I suppose I should get home ...great pub and top staff .last of the true pubs keep up the good work Jonny and kay
