We stayed at a nearby hotel (Perle Oban) and ate here for breakfast rather than pay 20GBP at the hotel. You can eat for 2 here at that price! I tried the porridge based on another review and it was DELICIOUS. So delicious that I had it the next morning as well! It's creamy and a great consistency and texture and comes with honey and blueberries. Service is wonderful and friendly and efficient. It can get crowded but they do a very quick takeaway service and there are plenty of seats along the harbor. If you can, bring cash or pay in cash. It's a little family run business and every bit helps.

We had the best wee breakfast here and ended up ordering double the amount of pancakes as they were delightful! Service was so warm and friendly from the staff and we took some treats away for our journey. The carrot cake from here has to be the best carrot cake I've had in years and made me feel very nostalgic about my childhood. I would come back to Oban just to come back here. Thanks to all the staff that were just so friendly with my kids.

Great local cafe serving breakfast and lunch. I visited for breakfast with my girlfriend and it was perfect. Cappuccino, toast and porridge. All beautifully prepared and presented, a really lovely breakfast. Nice, bright and modern interior makes for a comfortable experience. There’s a large selection of cakes and juices (fizzy and fresh) available, so there should be something for everyone. Card payments are accepted as well as cash.
