Amazingly busy. Range of drinks offers. Karaoke. Good atmosphere. Went there to play bowls. The green is on the small side and the surrounds quite cramped, but it was a well kept and interesting green to play.

What a wonderful evening we have had. Called to see if we could overnight stop in the car park with our motor home provided we used the pub and were warmly welcomed. The local people were fantastic and welcoming and we then discovered a crown green bowling club bolted on to the pub. We spent an evening with them watching a league match against the Royal Oak and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Full marks to the Old Cross and their manager. Would fully recommend this place.
