Been coming here for years and never had a bad meal , the food is always excellent,the service great , and if you ever ask for extra vegetables or anything else it’s always brought to you with a smile and never appears on the bill as an extra , had numerous family events her too from parties of 7 to 20+

Can't compliment the management team and staff enough. They work super hard, are always polite and friendly to all the customers - even when they are made busy and run off their feet.

Visited this evening for a relaxing meal out and the roebuck provided just that. Starters were spot on and just enough. For mains the hunters chicken (it was huge) and the Seafood salad (never fails to impress)

A walk down memory lane with my family as the Roebuck was a neighbourhood property many years ago. The service, food and atmosphere are still of amazing quality and in the same ownership. Sunday Lunch was as memorable as expected and we had a wonderful time. Many thanks to everyone.

This is the place where i work & have done for the last 37years,food is all made from fresh produce,meat,fish,vegetables all prept in-house,meals made to order & some meals made by special request.

Wow. Made a reservation and included that we had our 15 mth old Granddaughter with us. Great greeting and led to a table already set up for her. The service was outstanding, everyone's needs met and more. The food was incredible, and we couldn't finish . Ask for a doggy bag(Steak/kidney pudding is massive) the Sea food salad is incredible. In our top 5 of local places.

The food was delicious and the pub had a great variety of alcohol on offer.

We went to The Roebuck on recommendation by a work colleague for my Wife's Birthday meal.
The food was absolutely fantastic, we couldn't fault anything with it. However the staff were a little overwhelmed maybe they were short staffed on the evening.
The restaurant was nice but a little dated, but the garden and views are amazing 😍
The best Steak & Kidney pudding I've ever had & homemade chips, mushy peas & gravy to go with it... Unreal! Lovely views at the back to have a pint in the sun. Will definitely be coming back!
First time amd was really impressed, food really good, prices were really good. Little outdoor area for the kids. gets really busy though so booking a table is a must!
