The Bridgewater

Great place to eat and drink with no mither and plenty of room inside and out. Lovely staff too... We had 2 carveries and 2 drinks for under £24 on a bank holiday Monday. The carvery doesn't have as much choice as the Toby carveries and doesn't have as much taste either so was a bit bland in comparison. Will definatley go back and try something off the main menu as that will probably be much better.

We have had two functions here in tthe last few months and all of the staff (with special mention to Ashley and Emily) were friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was lovely, plentiful and of good quality and guests enjoyed both the carvery and main courses from the menu. We have no hesitation in spreading the word and recommending the Bridgewater Hotel to our friends and colleagues. Thanks so much.

Have To leave a 5 star review for this visit to the venue as we were here for Christmas Dinner. Starters were served and were really good and the main Christmas Dinner was the usual three meat roast carvery with extra Christmas vegetables. It was still very enjoyable. The staff were even gracious enough to put together a carry out for a member of the family that couldn't make it because of medical reasons. Even on a normal day the food here is a good carvery. There's ample space for car parking and I've never not been able to park up. The toilets are always clean and presented well. There's also a smoking area round the back of the venue that has been recently fenced off, I'm assuming so you don't need to walk through smokers to get to the car Park.
