Iv been coming to olney costa naw for 8 plus years every day and I would just like to say you have the best team hear right naw they are always friendly happy to help and always willing to go the extra mile and always promote professionalism, even with the awkward customers that seem to be very unfriendly .

Friendly team in central location for shops and with Thursday market across the road and EV charging right outside. Lighting in rear could be inproved. Whilst ideal if you only want to chat, for reading non electronics stuff, it needs to be brighter. Team always want to ensure you get your drink exactly as you prefer it.

Good coffee, friendly staff. Bagged a 50% off triple sandwich so a bargain as well. Very clean by the standard of other Costas so well done to the staff

Friendly helpful staff ,great coffee ,would have been 5 stars if table had been properly cleaned crumbs in gap between tables that I had to wipe down myself , before I could place my tray down,just a lack of attention to detail as this was not the only table "cleaned" in this way.

Today I had a really good hot chocolate. It was strong enough with a nice frothy top. I find costa hot choc can be a bit weak particularly when having it without cream on top so it would be even more milky with cream topping. This one was spot on. The venue wasn't too busy without a queue at 3pm on a Sunday with covid one way system in place. You can order on line but I don't bother with that.

Costa is Costa, I don't have to say anything about the excellent coffee etc, the downside of my visit was that the toilet was closed due to a loose panel, it was explained to me it was a health and safety issue, but how long has it been like that, is it a quick screwdriver job .constant engaged lock sign showing, why don't they put a notice to say the toilet is out of order, please use the disable toilet, small things like this can let you down

It was decent service. Definitely not the best Costa I've been to. The staff were mostly nice, only had one incident with a bad staff member a while back. I go the occasionally. The atmosphere of the place is quite friendly, though the toilets are not very hygenic..

A typical Costa - decent coffee at slightly-too-high prices. Interior is nice and clean, service is friendly and relatively fast. Occasionally a queue at the tills if you come in at peak times like lunch or after work.
