Arrived at cafe around 12:40 only to find an almost empty serve over counter. The menu offered pizza, baked potatoes and fillings. We asked for each of these only to be told they not serving any of these today. With 3 hungry children this was very disappointing. As a last resort We had opted for bacon baps but still had one child without. Not even a ham sandwich available in a cafe above a food hall. Thankfully a more senior and customer oriented assistant intervened and offered to go down stairs and get some beans so we could have beans and toast. Thank you for going the extra mile just a pity that the lunchtime offering looks more like something you’d expect 5 mins before closing at the end of the day. 4 stars because of the helpful server

Typical M & S. Drapery and food hall tomorrow, cafe and toilets upstairs. All the usual bits and pieces you need in grocery, pleasant shopping experience. Very handy just outside the main thoroughfare.

Bought jeans and top,lovely fit and comfortable,I got 20% off,which was nice with my sparks card,also ordered a lovely Tree brooch,saw it on the lady who served me and was lovely,also got 40%off which made my shop today very nice, thanks marks &pencers
