Had a beautiful meal last night, chicken just perfectly cooked. Manager and staff were lovely, we had to move tables due to a flickering light and my husbands light sensitivity and the manager was so patient with us and went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect seat. We ended up facing the kitchen which was a perfect seat for us and I was so pleased to see staff coming and going from the kitchen all smiling and laughing no shouting from kitchen staff like I've heard many times in other restaurants. This restaurant looks like a happy place to work and definitely is a lovely place to dine. A hidden gem of Ormskirk!

gorgeous italian and lovely customer service. service was a bit slow, however it was a busy night so it was understandable. very big portions of gorgeous food and great offers on all week. perfect little family for any occasion! really recommend the tortellini 😋

Went for our daughters 21st birthday, there where 7 of us, made to feel very welcome, food was stunning staff couldn’t have been more friendly, great atmosphere. It was very busy but standards where excellent. Going again very soon. Thanks to the Padrino family 👏👏👏👍

Lovely meal from the early bird menu. Tasty dishes which were well cooked and well presented. Attentive staff. The chef/manager clearly has a passion for food and is keen to please guests.

Had a lovely meal here. Food contains less salt but is finely balanced. Had delicious chicken breast. Tasty and good. Service was a bit slow, however they stepped it up and made our evening just right. An ideal place to eat if you are near the railway station and decide to head off for a bite. We will go back.

Don't go to this place if you want a decent meal, the food was awful and the service was as bad, we went for my daughters birthday and wish we hadn't. Not recommended!!

Whenever we have been to Il Padrino we have never been disappointed, the food plus the service is always great, we literally have never loved the food + service as much as anywhere we av been. We just wish we would have booked there for my husbands 60th, but never mind we av learnt our lesson + won't try another place again..
