Ordered from Simla for the first time for a birthday meal. I'm genuinely surprised at the quality of the food. Food delivered hot, in tin, very cleanly prepared (not oily or messy like many other curry takeaways). Delivered prompto within 30 minutes. This is the best curry we had this year. Very friendly and patient staff. Love it. Keep up the great service!

Love this Indian, going there for years, always polite, always on time, make some dishes to order if you want a change, tonight I tried somewhere else (Chislehurst Indian no names but has view in it) and we were served raw chicken and a wet mess of oil.
This is why I thought I'd put a review in, simla balti house dont get the recognition they deserve.
I highly recommend thir food and the nans are ace.

They are BACK! The team at Simla Balti make easily the best curry I’ve ever come across in the South East and I’m so glad they have reopened after over 3 months closure. The food is delicious, always piping hot and consistently amazing. They will customise all your favourites just how you want them, little bit hotter or not, sauce from one with chicken from another dish etc. Great prices and really friendly staff. Thanks Simla Team, best curry for miles!

Brilliant, brilliant takeaway. Food is always absolutely delicious and value for money wise it's unbeatable (prices are low portions are very large.) Dishes are full of flavour and plentiful ingredients. Pleasure to order over the phone and food is always delivered quickly and piping hot by happy and courteous staff. Couldn't recommend them higher - they deserve your business!

28 September 2018: Having tried various curry houses in and around the Orpington area, I am still on the look out for the best tasting Chicken Madras Curry. The 'Simla Balti House' was recommended to me by a work colleague so thought I would give it a try. The meal was tasty and enjoyable with the right amount of kick for a Madras curry just the way I like it, and also the curry portion size was acceptable too. I also ordered some onion Bhaji and these were decent too and not too greasy. This is for now, my preferred curry house at least until I find and get another better Madras locally elsewhere... The search continues... I will certainly return here soon and I would recommend if asked.
