Update. In business it takes some balls to admit your own mistake and still rectify it after bad review. As disappointing as the experience was for me I do want to say that the follow up was admirable. I find myself wanting to order again just looking at the photo updates so I may be back. All the best for the future. ,..........,............ Order not turned up after a week from posting messaged conserned about the eadibility as at that point who knows how these brownies were stored by royal mail-obviously not refrigerated. Only to be told they have 10 days shelf life (doubtful) not even single appology. it's a basic customer service to say something along the lines of really sorry your order has not arrived let me look into it ... Anyhow I've waited another few days again no action, silence. Only when I asked for a refund indicating the customer service was good I got a response. They awknowled my request and said they'll send some Easter treats as a goodwill.... Well I did get my refund but didn't get my hopes up for the 'goodwil' cakes. I think it was a poor attempt to diffuse the Situation. As it's almost 2 weeks post Easter and nothing arrived. I won't be ordering again for sure as I just can't be dealing with this which is a shame as the cakes are alright.

Got the 6 piece selection box. The cookie pies are amazing. Good selection of blondies and brownies. Our first visit and there was a short queue outside. We didn't mind waiting but felt a bit rushed to choose our items quickly. No greeting , good morning or even hello when we went in. Very abrupt "yes " answer when we asked a question. The prices are excellent value. Cheap enough to visit regularly rather than somewhere to save for a special occasion.

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and I asked twice for bank details so I could pay my deposit, however they were never sent to me. I then changed my order to a postal delivery as I’d moved out of the area, and all they asked was what address I’d like my order to be sent to. I then believe my order was misplaced within the rest of their orders as they are extremely busy, as they never sent me any details so I could pay for my order meaning my order was never sent. I have had postal deliveries off them before and they are delicious, I am now however very wary of ordering from them for special occasions.
