I bought my Orbea E-Bike from Mule last year and the bike is excellent and the staff at Mule were very helpful. They have since serviced my bike on a callout basis because I'm a distance away. 5 star service and some excellent tips to boot. I would highly recommend Mule.

It is a lovely space with super friendly staff who are sure to help you with your queries. We actually came in for skateboarding stuff and the lads could not have helped more. Sensible pricing, great hot chocolates I think we will be back long before we need to be just to drink coffee somewhere with people who "get it" The only issue is I now want one of their electric bikes even more!

Excellent service. Ordered online and was contacted personally to see if I was happy to set up myself if delivered by courier, and also advised to think about a better bike which I was offered at the same price. It was hand delivered and set up which was a lovely touch and made me feel like I could ride straight away and be confident that it was safe.

A fantastic shop with great coffee and a brilliant selection of kit and bike accessories. I always try to buy everything I need in Mule as we always get great advice and have tested a number of bikes. They are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

A really friendly and welcoming bike shop, run by expert road and MTB riders who are very helpful. This place is a real community hub, connecting cyclists from the local area but I’d be happy if I’d driven a distance to shop here.
There is quite a broad range of electric bikes. Don’t miss the demo days (for notice on these, sign up to their Facebook page)
The coffee deserves special mention, literally ... the best in Shropshire. Cakes also are superb.
Ask James or Pete about club rides, for all levels, and I believe there are women specific rides also.

Awesome bike shop and café. James and Pete offer a really friendly welcoming service and they can get hold of anything bike related that you'd need (beating the internet prices). The cycling community that is centred around the shop is second to none. Lots of fun social mountain and road rides take place as part of the club. It's easy to walk into Mule and spend hours in there drinking coffee, watching cycling on the TV, talking bikes and making friends. The coffee is the best I've had. It's well worth stopping in during a ride!

My rating is based on the fact that I’ve had the best coffee since arriving in England, good chat with the owner James, who is very knowledgeable, and a nice array of good gear.
It’s in a good location and easy to park. Plenty of people coming in and out so I’m guessing that the reputation is good in the area.

As well an independent bike shop, MULE serves beautiful coffee, cakes, porridge etc. A hidden gem. Amazing opening hours, still open after school, when bizarrely most coffee shops in Oswestry are closed. Check em out!
