Blonde guy with earrings cut off an inch of the sub, when questioned why, “because it was over 6”. Proceeds to just throw it in the bin. Utterly wasteful?! No smiles, miserable servers. Didn’t get sauce. Threw some crumbs of onion on the sub instead of getting more.
Staff are so happy. Not a smile between them 🙄

Always takes over an hour for food to be delivered. Every single order there is something wrong usually the bread and sauce. A lot of the time the food is burnt as well and always seem to forget the paid extras.
Have travelled far and wide, eat at many a subway but oswestry subway went the extra mile for gluten free, covered over the food which I have never witnessed this and was totally unexpected Jamie who served us spray cleaned counter and oven, even emptied the bins normally staff just change their gloves hats off to ya girl ,
We went there at 1500. The chairs had been placed on to the tables to stop people eating in there, despite being open until 1800. …
The bread was flat, and he struggled to cut it. There were rips in the bread, and fell apart when trying to eat. It was cut more like 65/35 instead of 50/50. And not cut all the way through so fell out when ripping. Everything apart from the bread was fine.
