Best curry in Otley
I am a regular visitor to the Westbourne spice the food is always consistent staff very friendly and food reasonably priced and now I live within walking distance bonus
I LOVE this place! Unbelievable curries, the best customer service I've received at a restaurant in a long time and just all in all, an excellent experience..
You are welcomed into the restaurant by a designated meeter and greeter and then handed to a designated waiter who looks after you like a VIP..
I couldn't fault this place even if I tried!
We came 5 days ago and I've just tried to book in this evening (Tuesday) and it's full - typically but expected as its so nice.
I can't wait ti return again ❤️
One of my favourite curry restaurants. This is a desi style restaurant rather than the usual BIR style restaurants in the UK. The menu is quite pricey however the food is of excellent quality so I have no problem with this, I'd rather pay more for quality. Staff are really friendly and attentive, they are also really good with children. They've squeezed us in without booking every time despite being incredibly busy. Note that on weekends this place fills up in the evening and is generally full all night.

Great place. Me and a few friends just visited and can say that we were all extremely happy with the food and the service. Very pleasant staff, food came out quick and was piping hot, you could tell everything was made fresh. Food was really really good and most impressively was the portion sizes, I can safely say there's almost double than what I'm used to at most places. Very happy and will definitely recommend to others and visit again. Thank you!
This is a highly recommended place to visit. Once you eat there you will want to go back again and again.
The quality of the food can be tasted in every single bite, even the salad is fresh and crispy. The starter, main and dessert are all amazing.
Everything is freshly cooked and you can tell this in the taste of the food.
The service is excellent there was not 1 moment were I was looking for the waiter. As soon as eye contact was made they would come running to help. In other establishments you would be looking for the waiters, which can take some time or you have to get up to find someone.
I would give more than 5 stars. But Google max option is 5 stars.
My first visit & definitely won’t be the last. Food was delicious, staff very friendly & attentive without going overboard. Really nicely decorated & good atmosphere. Not over priced, worth every penny. Would highly recommend to anyone.
One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to. Masses of choice. Food excellent and they are not skimpy in their portion sizes. Great value for money. Great service and very attentive without being intrusive. Would highly recommend.

Service friendly . We wondered why people were leaving with doggy bags. Big portions. Order a bit less than you might normally.
Best Mushroom Pakoras I've ever had , whole fresh mushrooms in light crispy batter, and ok for me with my gluten intolerance.
A good half hour away from us, but will re-visit sometime in the future.
I found this place via Google, and selected it as it had a high rating... Wow... I can see why. We popped in without reservations at 6.15 on a Sunday evening. They could not have been more welcoming. Hardly any wait (under a minute) fast and friendly service, fantastic food. I mean I am seriously impressed with this place. The staff work so hard, but you can see it in the quality of the setting and service. It's all superb. Honestly, if you are near and fancy a curry, this is the best place. If you are not near or don't fancy a curry, change your plans and go to Westbourne Spice. You won't regret it.
Plenty of parking, very good value and they really don't scrimp on portion sizes either. I cannot rate this place highly enough!!!!! :)
Fantastic from start to finish. The welcome we got when we first arrived was so nice, and that service and attention to us was kept up right throughout our meal. All the staff were friendly and funny and helped with ordering if you need it.
Then the food itself was delicious. We had the lamb chops and the king prawn Puri. The lamb chops were so tasty and tender. The puri sauce was great and you could really taste the prawns. It was a big portion as well.
Then the desi lamb masala on the bone was stunning, tender meat falling of the bone and a tasty gravy not too spicy, when I go again I’ll ask for a little more spice as I do like them hot. The butter chicken was nice as well, it was like shredded chicken in the creamy sauce. A large naan and big portion of rice.
Fantastic. Can’t wait to go again.
Issues try to book ahead, but no problem getting a table early Friday evening on arrival. Always great service with a smile. Very accommodating when making requests to go off menu, to include or exclude ingredients.
