As others have said went above and beyond. Wanted something that doesn't get made till later but the staff went ahead and made it without a secind thought.

Had my dog with me today in Otley & really wanted a coffee. Obviously couldn't take dig in, but the staff went above & beyond, noting my dilemma & came & served me at the door. Thankyou, you went above & beyond for me & I'm very grateful. Always get excellent service at Otley.

A very pleasant surprise. After burning all my energy on the morning cycle had to pull in for an emergency lunch stop. A pot of hot soup and a cheese toastie out of the rain. Bosh.

Not staffs fault, really windy, pointed out that some stone rendering had been blown off roof. staff and manager sorted immediately and made safe, well done, always friendly and good service
