Hands down the best play cafe we have EVER been to! I came with my 3 year old and 1 year old and there was something there was each of them. They had non stop fun using all of the facilities. Very spacious place with a friendly atmosphere. The food was so yummy too. Perfect place! Thanks for providing such a fabulous service.

Great place to bring small children. They play safely while you eat or just have a nice coffee. Bring your own crayons or a pencil sharpener at the pencils are usually blunt and watch out for the slides as the can be very fast and take little ones by surprise at first.

Very friendly staff, nice food, good value main meal at about £6.50, free entry next time if you spend over £15. Had a great time.

Great place to spend a few hours with small children with good food options (including gluten free too). We have an 18 month old who needs constant attention and activity, and he loved this place. I wasn't expecting much from some of the photos I saw on Google Maps, but when you get in there and past the cafe at the front, you'll find that it's really quite large and extends back a good 15 / 20 metres. There's even a second smaller play area at the back. If you have babies, there's a soft-play under the stairs. If you have small toddlers, then you can easily follow them around the castle and pirate ship. And if they're old enough to run around, then they'll be off for ages before you see them again. Seating is right next to the play area, so there's little chance of the kids running off and the only entrance is up a stairs, so quite obvious, or out the back through a security door. The kids are going nowhere basically. Food options are tasty and made with local produce. It wasn't too expensive either. Entry for the 18 month old was £2.50, so as a day out the cost was really great value. Parking is a little awkward, so park around the corner in the long stay at the end of the street on the right. Cost £1.50 for the day and it's only a 5 minute walk back at toddler pace.

GREAT PLACE, GREAT FOOD! Excellent place to eat, very nice menu and tasty choices. Had the delicious breakfast and slimmers quiche with salads. Beautifully cooked and prepared. A chef who clearly knows how to get flavours out of food. Thought this was very good value and really enjoyed it both meals. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again and again when in the area. There is also a children's area -see website for details. Great ice cream counter and cakes also. This really deserves to be successful.

Absolutely lovely place! Have gone there with a friend and her little boy, who loved it. The food is very good, the staff friendly and the play area really original and brand new. I was only with my newborn so I can't attest to what my 6 and 4-year-old daughters will make of it, but we're going to try it out soon.

First time for us and definitely not the last! The quality of food on the Full English was superb, add to that how well it was cooked, and at a more than fair price. Friendly staff, great little Baby Soft Play and Play Kingdom. Oh and more than decent coffee. Highly recommend.

Fab food, especially the cakes! Kids loved the play area which is fairly big and well enclosed. The only minor thing is the stairs up to part off the cafe where the front door is are open ( no stair gate) which ment my 2 year old kept bolting up them. Appreciate difficult as staff need to get down them with trays etc but maybe some type of electronic gate???? Anyway, love this place xxx

Great place for the kids to play and no worries about loosing them as you have sometimes in big soft play centers. Lovely coffee and great food although service can sometimes be a little slow. The chorizo hash is delicious and highly recommended!

Hidden gem. Great fresh cooked food. Good portion size. Kids meals come with drink, dried fruit, and yoghurt. No junk (no chips, nuggets, etc) plus a soft play n castle slide (for the kids). Toilets are family friendly (changing mats and small seats). And cakes, lots of lovely cakes. Staff are very friendly and helpful too.
