We visited Victors for a birthday 🎂 family celebration for having lunch 🍝🥗🍱 during a weekday.
📍Location: Exceptional, placed in the heart of the Westgate shopping center on the top floor, with a great view across the city in the outside seating area.
👷♀️ Staff: they are all smiley, polite and extra helpful.
🏫 Venue: very cosy atmosphere and nice decoration. There are two distinct areas, a bar and a dinning room, with both of them having a great decoration.
🍲 Food: we tried the burger 🍔 which was a very average pub burger definitely not worthy of 17 £, the chicken skewers had no special flavor or texture 🍢 and the shrimp🍤 tempura sushi rolls 🥢 which were exceptionally tasteful (see photos attached).
🅿 Parking: There is an option for parking inside the Westgate shopping center; charge is £ 5.8 for 2 hours.

A very enjoyable visit for father's day.
The welcome was warm and friendly and truly reflected the whole experience.
Between us we ordered the roast chicken and roast beef dinner, followed by the rasberry baked Alaska and triple choice ice-cream. All cooked beautifully and presented very well.
Our Server Lucio was really attentive and gracious throughout our visit.
We were surrounded by lots of other diners enjoying father's day and birthday celebrations which provided a fun visit and a memorable experience
This venue has stunning views of the Oxford city skyline from the outdoor eating area which is the perfect place to sip one of Victor's signature cocktails.
Food were all very fresh and delicious! Alot of dishes have some sort of fusions to it. Fusions totally done well. Sparklers added to bottles is nice for special occasions.

Our recent visit was lovely! We were seated in the perfect spot, and were served very delicious food, which we enjoyed thoroughly! Our server was Abhay, and he was brilliant! Very attentive and polite! Definitely recommend the popcorn chicken to start with!
Thank you Bela for a fantastic experience at Victors this evening! She juggled everything fantastically and we were never left waiting too long despite how busy the restaurant was. So kind and considerate, lovely and attentive. Will definitely be back even for her service alone. Massive shout-out to Hugo the bartender too and everyone who made our anniversary dinner so special.
The view is fantastic at the rooftop terrace, although you don't really get to sit with the view. The service is more than decent. The waitress asked how the food was at the end of the first course, not whilst we're eating it. The salmon I had was fresh and moist. The steak was juicy and delicious. It is however rather salty to my taste, and I had to drink 3 glasses of water afterwards. The sushi rice was mushy rather than fresh.
Incredible food, we went for the set menu and it turned out to be cost effective as well. There are some halal options too, which is always great. Atmosphere was great! Service was excellent and we really felt so well taken care of. Great experience overall, thank you!
Beautifully decorated restaurant on the rooftop of the shopping centre providing great views round. There is a separate bar sitting area so you go for just drinks. This place is such a vibe with the lovely decor. The food was good. The waiting staff were great and geninuely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed my meal here the ambiance is great. Plenty of seating outdoors which would be nice in summer no doubt.
Very nice, wasn’t quite sure what to expect as I was in Oxford for the afternoon, the staff were very friendly and did make some suggestions which helped, The dessert wine tasted great and so did the food, I would definitely recommend this place.
Dined here for lunch with friends, really lovely venue with beautiful decoration which sets it apart from the other venues in the area. Our waiter was quite attentive, checking everything was ok and the food was delicious. I had salmon teriyaki which was stunning, the sauce and the fillet were fantastic, the side garnish could’ve been a little bigger for the price (£22) but all in all very tasty.
My only slight remark would be to improve the system whereby people with bookings are asked to wait, there is no space at the bar to wait which isn’t a great welcoming experience, although as we needed to visit the toilet it wasn’t too much of an issue but it could’ve been a little uncomfortable.
