Paul’s has a nice atmosphere and the usual solid bakery selection, but the cappuccino was a bit underwhelming. It lacked depth and richness and tasted fairly flat, which was disappointing given the price. Fine spot to sit and grab a pastry, but I would not come here specifically for the coffee.

Service level was adequate for late Sunday servers polite and charming refreshing from the younger generation big change from my last visit felt like a valued customer. Thanks

As a regular visitor to the Paul chain this little cafe keeps the atmosphere with charming customer service. The layout feels a bit cramped even though there is an upstairs (which isn’t obvious). The cafe feels a little tired but I still enjoy the unique experience Paul has to offer.

Great family owned bakery, with plenty of seating options, great pastries, and sandwiches. Their chocolate filled pastry was very delicious. Coffee was good as well.

One of my favorite places in Oxford. They definitely have the best coffee and the friendliest staff, so I always leave in a great mood after visiting this cafe!
