Great beer good wine excellent food very attentive service and helpful staff. I wish we were close enough to become regulars but living in Essex it won't be easy. Will be back if in the area again.
Had our very first take away delivered from here this evening. Was absolutely delicious. Decent portion size and good value for money. Can't wait to have the next one. 5*
We booked to go here whilst in the area based on trip advisor reviews.
We were not disappointed. Seated as soon as we walked in, ordered and good amount of different dishes including duck which for me was rare to see at an Indian restaurant.
Food was delicious and decent portions too.

I gave 4 as atmosphere as it was quiet and only a few people in. I am sure if it was full and busier it would be more lively.
Prices are great, the food portion is amazing and tastes amazing. I will be going back soon.

don't look like much from the outside but the food was lovely went it come out
Doing takeout in lockdown and has some great vegan dishes and beers. 😋
Was about 15 minute wait and had a pleasant chat with the barman. He told of how, in normal times, the place was alive with a buzz and music and people.
The canopy outside was filled with diners and smokers who sat peacefully as they watched the rain falling outside.
The take-out food was lovely - came with a lovely extra potato dish. My dish was vegan and "Hot" but was actually not bad, which was grand.
Suggestion would be a new menu outside (the existing one is misted beyond recognition).
Then I tried to leave... and they told me it was the Hotel California and I never could. Still there now, but don't think anyone will notice until the end of lockdown. 😉
Lovely little restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food. What more do you want.
One of the best takeaways i had from them a few months ago, spicy biryani and the tarka dhall was great.
