Cod was very good. Chips were just OK, actually kind of rubbery. But the fish was what I was craving anyway. Service is decent, clean place.

Posh fish is a very nice place to go and eat good food. The portions are enormous and taste is good. You can eat a good Kebab, 1 portion is enough for 2 pax. The grilled cod is great. Nice people, from Madeira Portugal, always with a smile on their faces. Good spot to eat at Oxford.

Definitely worth the travel! Deserves all it's awards. 👍Traditional fish and chips fried in fresh oil. The scampi and chips is to die for with excellent fresh salad! ❤️🙏. You can eat inside but not Wheelchair accessible sadly 😞.

Such a nice! Such posh, very fish! Don’t go here for posh spice, but vinegar and salt available for chips and fish especially on such Friday when fish has special fish day in Oxford. Not just fish for posh people, but also for chips liking individual people. Very much recommend for party peepz who want experience the English Friday. #yolo

The food was really good. Scampi isn't the same as in the US, chunks of shrimp fried in a crunchy batter. Good but not what we expected. Jacket potatoes with mushrooms was yummy. Fish and chips, delicious, steak and kidney pie was excellent. Definitely a great easy dinner spot.

I’m pregnant and craving vinegar and I asked for extra vinegar. Posh fish did not disappoint. I LOVED EVERY BITE. The donner meat was thick and juicy, not dried out like other places. Such amazing quality and top tier customer service. Highly recommend

Since being here, in the saddest of circumstances whilst being at John Radcliffe hospital with our daughter; posh chips has been our go to. They're hospitality, they're kindness they've shown (even when their rushed off their feet)to us. Truly a wonderful little shop. And their portions sizes! Deary me. Probably best value for money South of Birmingham. Food is extremely good too. Always hot, mostly have to let it chill out for a bit whilst it's still sizzling. Sure will miss this place when we finally get discharged for her. Thanks! Jamie

Great place to try some good fish and chips. They got many other dishes too. Great ambiance with a great colorful theme. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Had a great time. Will definitely go back to try more.

Great quality, very fast, the fries were good too. There is an option to choose the jacket potato instead of fries. We had dine-in and the place was clean and welcoming. I found the dine-in price (vs the takeaway) extremely steep though. IMO, the difference in costs between the two options is not justifiable

Came here for lunch and was greeted by friendly staff. We decided to sit in, the decor and cleanliness was great. I ordered the small cod and chips and it was great! Fresh fish and wasn’t greasy at all. Really good value for money as the portions are really big (the picture doesn’t do it justice)! Great experience overall!

Whenever we are in Headington the highlight is always to eat-in at Posh Fish. Lovely welcoming staff, good menu, all cooked fresh to order, and consistent quality on each visit. The coffee is lovely too!

It's not just fish here. Perhaps the best fish & chips in the area. The only thing is that food prices are much higher if you take something to go.
