Ratio Cafe

Awesome cafe right in the middle of Oxford. I'd happily spend hours here. The coffee was well presented and there's plenty of seats. The place is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The toilets are absolutely stunning (and odd thing to say, but they're pretty special). Would highly recommend.

Staff were super welcoming. Love the interior set up, although it's quite small, tables are small as well so can be cramped. But still felt it was cozy, nice for people watching if you sit near the window. Could probably read or do work but I think it's more for a coffee stop. My mocha was good, and price was reasonable.

We visited twice in one day. Once to sit in and have tea from the small tea menu, but what arrived was expertly brewed. Second time for takeaway coffee - the flat white was better than most in London. Interior is super stylish and cool and staff are friendly and relaxed so it's not pretentious or stuffy.

As I write this the cafe is very new, having opened for the first time last week. My first impressions are good - the staff seem friendly, the decor is nice and comfortable, and the prices are decent for the area. It's nice to see an independent business filling the unit and I hope they will engage with the community and make a great contribution to the centre of town.
