Latest visit around 2pm so quite quiet. Ordered a chicken burger and an "it's all gravy" burger and 2 triple cooked chips. Took some while to come, chased twice. Chicken burger very tasty, juicy with a nice crispy coating. Lovely hot chips. Unfortunately the beef burger was very dry so when the serv
Seriously good pub food! Chicken wings were 10/10! Excellent location, superb service, friendly, efficient, polite, all in all a great experience. Thank you.
Great local Boozer. Staff are friendly, efficient and do an excellent job. Great sense of humour too...which you really do need working in a pub. Beer was great, food was excellent, good value for money, and the fact you can order beer from your table without getting up - if you have a smart phone
I highly recommend the Bali Burger (if you like a bit of spice). We also had the cheese burger which was great. Good service, lovely staff. Nice decor. Good music. The outdoor area looked great but we sat inside.
We booked the upstairs function suite for a work leaving party, with food, drinks and dancing. The staff member allocated to our area (sorry, I've forgotten their name!) was excellent, very attentive, friendly and responsive. The food was excellent as always, and the service was brilliant. A fab nig
Really good delivery of a well-thought-out menu. The cooks care about the food they make and the bar staff also usually really seem to care - burgers, wings, and sides are all excellent offerings. Great beer selection too. The one downside is there's no escaping the music - the playlists seem pretty
This place was really nice after long walk around Oxford. We’ve had a really good time. The food was served pretty well salad was so delicious and it’s not overpriced at all the places quite cosy nice and there are some screens to watch football games
We haven't been to the CoGH for a few years, but we really enjoyed our evening. The choice of beers is excellent; good and quick service behind the bar; excellent outdoor area, and we loved the booths. The food was excellent; especially the nachos, which are the best I've had in many years. There wa
Always always always the best pub to go to!! Never disappoints in reality! I have had so many visits there now that I can’t even remember. The only thing is that they don’t have cauli wings sometimes so I always call them first and confirm bcz I absolutely love them!!
Good range of beer, sours, traditional ales and ipas. Lots of ciders on tap too. Service was fast, the food came in large portions, especially the nachos and the Sunday lunch looked like good value although we didn't have it. We will have to come back for it another time. We went into watch the F1
