Good service nice staff who open doors for those less able to themselves. They also offer to bring drinks upstairs if needed. The spiral staircase is really not a good idea here, when carrying lots of hot drinks on a heavy tray..and having to concentrate on your footing and traffic in opposite direction. Very dicey! Nice coffee though quite annoyed you have to earn a free drink with ten rather than eight hot drinks. Toilet downstairs when working are awful. Nice atmosphere especially for studying and writing which I do.
Was served by a lovely barista just now I didn't get her name but she made me a Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate and it was delicious
Very Nice service and good coffee.
