Was served by a lovely barista just now I didn't get her name but she made me a Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate and it was delicious

Good service nice staff who open doors for those less able to themselves.
They also offer to bring drinks upstairs if needed.
The spiral staircase is really not a good idea here, when carrying lots of hot drinks on a heavy tray..and having to concentrate on your footing and traffic in opposite direction.
Very dicey!
Nice coffee though quite annoyed you have to earn a free drink with ten rather than eight hot drinks.
Toilet downstairs when working are awful.
Nice atmosphere especially for studying and writing which I do.

I really liked how big the costa is, they have have two floors with seating upstairs. Staff very friendly too.

Always love costa, great coffee and great service. Ordered a caramel iced latte and was served by a lovely friendly gentleman with curly brown hair - a real asset to the team, handling the busy queues with a smile on his face. Would recommend.

Am jolly glad that Coca Cola who own Costa have withdrawn their business from Russia as it means that people with a sense of morality & decency can in good conscience continue going to Costa for their excellent refreshments. The staff in this fine Costa on Queens Street are top notch & deeply dedicated individuals who always put the customer first. Am always impressed by the quality of the single origin coffee & by the soothing atmosphere & general ethos of said cafe. If you need to recharge or get a quick takeaway coffee then this is the place for you. Especially given the reasonable prices & high quality of the refreshments on offer.
