Waitrose

It's a Waitrose, so you know what you are going to get. In other words, naughty (expensive) but nice. It's a big store, and surprisingly not busy, probably because of the closure of the Botley Road, which will be closed for a long time for long term roadworks. Only accessable by car from the A34 I think. Free parking and you can tell It's posh, as you don't have to pay the usual £1 deposit for a trolley.

Easy to park, delectable selection of food and drink. Nice plants to purchase in summer. Typical Waitrose offerings. Nice luxury items but this comes at a cost. I do not believe their basic items justify the price. Place itself was clean, tidy, organised. Small coffee shop and toilets inside. Fresh meat, fish & deli counter. Ideal if you're looking for a special treat, and want to splash out somewhat. Service was friendly and polite at the tills. Alas, when looking for help, no one was available. This was disappointing. Overall, it's what you would expect from waitrose.

Excellent service. I was having some trouble making a Deliveroo order for this Waitrose because the out of stock items weren't reflected on the Deliveroo website. Alex, the shop's Deliveroo contact, was extremely helpful on the phone by letting me know what alternative products were available and making sure I got what I needed, as well as a complimentary item for the inconvenience. Would order from again.
