Great place to have a delicious coffee break after exploring the city. Customer service is very good and friendly as well as fast. 5 stars and recommended 👍
I've been coming to this store over the last few week and I keep coming back because of the big tall guy, who I think is the manger, that works there. He's friendly, he's got a great personality and I keep coming back because of that. My usual Costa is at Templars Square, Oxford, - which is also excellent, but when I'm in the City Centre I come to this store because of the service.
Food and drink better than Starbucks. Fairly slow through the till whilst they made coffee (as you'd expect). Indoor and outdoor tables available. Every other table closed due to covid. Clean and friendly
As usual,a pleasure. But....when i see people staying ....3h with a....juice....or cofee,making their home-work or job' s duty,is not ok...They are others customer wich they want also to buy something and take a place....And,usually,the ....so called customers are genuine staying on the best seats,wich is fristrating for others posibile customers wich the maybe spend 3 time more in shop the those people without good common sense and education...
The coffee here is the best roast out of all the main chains - the hazelnut latte is the bees knees. Only wish there were more lighter food options but the goasts cheese foccacia is delicious.
Quick service and handy location. There aren't walls on every side though so it can get a bit noisy if you are trying to talk to someone

Of course I would give the highest review to Costa Cafe. Brilliant idea for the creator of this big cafe chain. He is definitely doing something right.
Got initially served by James who greeted us with a smile and was happy to help and my coffee was made by peter who again was happy to help.Keep up the service.
Standard Costa experience. Not many people there first thing. Social distancing setup generally okay
They are very helpful we go to Costa a lot very good drinks and food.
