We were half an hour early, seated straight away. Had bowling to go to so were able to order, eat and pay with plenty of time to spare. Food was good and service was excellent

Was sat very quickly by very accommodating staff, who asked after what sort of seat/table we wanted as friend I was with was in a wheelchair.
Waitress was very efficient and friendly. Food came very quickly.
Vegan burger was delicious with jalapeños giving the burger a great bite.
Meat burger was good too.
Brisket beans were very nice
Overall, a great meal with super service. Was very impressed!
Had a nice dinner here recently. Family friendly place, I was here at a Saturday evening. Would say it was 'medium' busy. I reserved online short in advance, this was a very smooth experience.
Food itself was tasty, I had a pizza, ice-cream and waffle desert with a beer.
Much to my surprise I really enjoyed our meal. I'd never been before. Arguably the best vege burger and chips I've had in a chain restaurant. What was also very refreshing was being served a good baked cheesecake in a restaurant. That's very rare in my experience.
The service was excellent - our waiter was warm and friendly and very quick. Given it was my 43rd birthday I could have done without being the centre of attention for 30 seconds when happy birthday started blaring out but I appreciated the thought! I also had a really good cocktail ( Raspberry Bramble) which was reasonably priced at £8.90.
The only downside was the atmosphere which was pretty flat given it was maybe a third to a half full at 6pm on a Friday. The decor is starting to look quite tired too. It's a shame because the food deserves better.
To be fair, the staff made it so much better than I expected. Franchise as expected, place looked as expected, our lovely friendly Polish waitress really made the difference. Very friendly, attentive to our large group (work meal). They sang for our birthday boy and even managed our huge order of x15 p'star martini's! Thank you.

All round great place to eat. The food was served in a timely manner, the staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a baby with us and my partner asked for some cooled boiled water for him to drink and the request was obliged without question.
We had lunch here for our staff away day. Catering for 40 people and the food and service was absolutely superb. Great staff, really helpful and made our day a real success. Highly recommended.
Extremely busy , drinks was served immediately & the food wasn’t long at all . Food was spot on . Our waiter Craig was brilliant . Totally professional about his job. Manager needs to show more respect to his employees . Felt sorry for Craig getting grilled by his boss in front of everyone because someone attempted to leave without paying and he was too busy running round looking after everyone like a headless chicken . Chin up Craig lad 👌 10/10
This Restaurant by Vue Cinema complex offers value for money pre-football or pre-film viewing meal, drink or snack. Service can be busy at peak times but always friendly and smily.
Worth getting the App for offers. Some additional Festive dishes (like Turkey Cranberry pizza & Camembert Cranberry Burger) and delicious Mocktails offered at Christmas time worth trying too.
Latest additions to the menu tried recently like Dirty Dog and Apple Pie with ice cream and warm custard. My stomach was pretty full and greatly satisfied afterwards also because prices still reasonable when everything this Summer is costing more or unavailable.
