Over a few days stopping at Westgate I ate several pastries and drank several coffees. All very good. The gentleman who principally waited on me listened compassionately as I told of a stressful trip with lost baggage, a cell phone that wouldn't function and so on, for which I am grateful. Plus he was helpful with info on the mall. Thank you!

If you want somewhere to people watch and get a great coffee, this is the place. Smack bang in the middle of the updated Westgate, the crowds teem past all day long. There's a constant burble of people chatting that is very relaxing, if that's your thing. Pastries are good, though a little pricey, and the coffee is rich and expertly prepared - a class above standard high street chains. The staff have always been polite and efficient, sometimes even friendly! So, don't expect peace and quiet - expect white noise chatter and a good dark roast.
