Called in today... Amazing choice of the freshest Krispy Kreme's.... I was assisted by Shovon a really pleasant bloke...
As I was waiting for my fiancée and eating my doughnut, I was privileged to over hear Shovon training a new member of staff... The attention to detail he was teaching him about customer service, putting the customers wishes above all else was really nice to hear... The customer gets what the customer wants attitude was a breath of fresh air.
Teaching him to Guide the customer so they can make their own choices and feel part of the experience...
From my experience today I would definitely use this store again and whole heartedly support this type of staff training.

Would like to say a great big thank you to Amelia and Rohan who went above and beyond imagination in their civil duty to help my 2 year old daughter who had a nasty fall around 19:30 on a Friday evening. Cannot thank you enough for all your help and assistance.

Krispy Kreme are the best donuts in the world along with the classic jam donut from the bakery. These donuts are so delicious and come in a range of different colours and flavours. I really love the little box of donuts as well.

Delicious Doughnuts and a flavour to suit anyone. I bit on the experience side, otherwise tasty.
If you buy too many and cannot finish them, put them in the fridge. When you are ready to eat them, take one out and leave it for 10 minutes or more so that it's room temperature...then enjoy.
