Always a go-to for us in Oxford. The pulled pork is our favorite, but it's all good. (The breakfast food is terrific, too.) You pay at the counter in Skymart, so you can get beer, bait, and gasoline along with the BBQ. It's a classic!

Fantastic place. Ladies are awesome behind the counter and the food is fantastic and all home made.
Its in the same building as a gas station, so you know its got to be good!

Everything you'd expect from a gas station BBQ joint in the deep south. Ribs were tender, pulled pork had nice bark, and I don't know how, but the fries were exceptional.
Bonus points: there is a gas station with beer connected where you can grab a six pack and sit on the picnic tables outside.
Additional Bonus points: of you get lucky,, there is sometimes a trailer selling Cajun boiled crawfish, shrimp and other southern specialties.

They have some of the best barbeque ribs you ever want to put in your mouth. After I ate it I called back to see if they sell there seasoning and was glad to hear that they do!! You better come to Oxford and get you some. They have a variety of soul food!!!

Unfortunately, Mr. Phillip who originally owned B's no longer works here. That by said, he had setup one of the best BBQ spots in the nation, and like any good BBQ spot it's on a back road, tucked away in a service station, almost as an afterthought. Mr. Phillip set up his legacy with B's and I think that legacy still lives on.

This place looks like nothing from the outside, but like they say, don't judge a book by its cover. Very friendly ladies behind the counter and probably the best ribs I've ever eaten at a restaurant. Very reasonably priced too. If I ever make it back to the area, I'll certainly stop in again.

This restaurant is in the same building as a gas station. While a turnoff for some, in my experience traveling across many southern states, places like this sometimes have the absolute best BBQ. This is not one of them. The brisket was good, but not great, the fries were mediocre, and the corn-on-the-cob was bland. At first, I thought I might possibly give this place a second try, but I saw a cockroach on the floor before I left.

Awesome plate lunch for under $10. My favorite BBQ in town. Brisket is usually a big, thick slice. The veggies are excellent as well.
