Average steakhouse with average service. The steak was very salty and the rice pilaf tasted like Mexican rice. The French Onion soup was good and the bread was tasty. I personally think the well Old Fashioned with Jim Beam was much better than the Longhorn Old Fashioned. Why does everyone feel they need to try to improve the classics? Just work for a reputation as making the best instead of trying to be trendy.

I worked for Longhorn for nearly 5 years. Opened different stores in different parts of the country, and LOVE the food. This was the most disappointing dining experience I have ever had at a Darden owned restaurant.
First:
The Host looked disinterested and bored.
Barely spoke when we entered and never made eye contact. Didn’t communicate the wait time very well.
Second:
The server took around 10 minutes after we were seated to get our drink orders. Those came out slowly.
The wait to order our food also felt like it too way too long after the drinks arrived.
Third: When the salads finally arrived 15 minutes later they were a mess. Large chunks of salad ... yellowed and the big chunks of the tough white stuff near the root.... smothered in dressing ... too many croutons and too much cheese.
Fourth: We got a steak and a couple chicken tender meals. It took forever to get to the table and when it did the food was underwhelming and room temperature.
The Medium Rare Filet was tough and felt like it had sat in the window for 15 minutes before being brought out and the chicken tenders had no warmth, were gristly, and were the size of a fast food chicken nugget.
We also were charged for a 9 count chicken tender and only received 6 tenders.
Disappointing for the price and for the expectations.

We went to eat during lunch hours. They were very busy and our server took awhile to get to us. We didn't mind cause we were enjoying our of town company. I ordered the big bone in ribeye medium. It came out perfect. It was so tender and juicy. I asked for Heinz 57 but never use it. A great place with great steaks.

I got the T-bone. It was incredible. I don't know what the "love" was they put on it while grilling, they wouldn't tell me, but if I find out, it's going on my family grill. Absolutely awesome steak, perfect marbling, grilled right. Great steamed broccoli too.

Great food at this location. There was somewhat of a wait for the service, but the waiter we had was excellent. The food was 5 star worthy. The broccoli here was tender and the baked potato was tasty. I was told that the rib eye was delicious here and cooked just right.

My daughter and I love eating here but it is expensive and they raised their prices we noticed. In my opinion it is worth eating at as our splurge dinner. Wish we could afford to eat here more. One thing I didn't like: the waiter charged me for an after meal coffee when everywhere I've eaten at for like 30 years has never charged me. Our meal was already $80+.

Big steak lover here and naturally had to check this place out. Our server Harrison was very friendly and attentive, food was excellent and the ambiance was nice and cozy. Highly recommend this place if you are around Oxford.

Best meal of our vacation! The wait was worth the delicious food! We stopped in twice, so I'm giving the same review again since both visits were so good!
