Wendy's

Mr. Snow was as cool as ice. 🤣🤣 I'm a trucker and can't bring a semi truck into drive through. It was 12:30AM, I was sleepy and hungry and everything was closed. He was very attentive, helpful and took the time to show me all options on salad. Meat was fresh and salad was good. I will be back again when I pass by this state. Thank you Mr. Snow.

I’m writing this review to let others know to avoid this Wendy’s location. The location on tower road is well below the standards that you would expect from Wendy’s. After a fresh remodel I decided to give them another chance, after a lengthy wait I ordered the number 12 which is a chicken sandwich with jalapeños and cost, for a small $9.89. The sandwich came out really fast but was dry and had to have been cooked over 30 minutes before I ordered. This Wendy’s has been bad for a very long time and should be avoided.

Every time I try to come here since the pandemic started their dining room is literally never open and they only take one order at the drive thru, let them pull up and take their time giving them their order and letting the customer leave before they will even take the next order, I know that this is because they are trying to keep their drive thru time down but it causes a backup in the drive thru, its not convenient and all it does is upset would be customers causing them to go elsewhere. They need to get it together and either hire more people or close this location since they very obviously can not keep up with standard lunch or dinner service. All other fast food places have their dining rooms open so wth.
