Pizza Hut

As always the pizza was good and the restaurant was clean. I must say they have worked on the quickness of getting orders out to waiting customers. This is, in my eyes, a HUGE step in the rite direction for this location. Seeing as how it could do a lot more business being in Oxford. Hopefully they will continue on this path and pick up business again.

Horrible customer service. The staff was more concerned about being outside then making customer orders. There was several people waiting on their food for over 30 minutes in the heat. The server told my parents that our food burned and she had to remake everything. She said it should be coming out the oven soon. She kept walking past the car to give other people their order who just arrived. We waited for over 40 minutes and they went in to get a refund. There was confusion about who the manager was and that the food is ready if we still wanted it. Definitely will not be back at all.

Someone answered the phone to take my order and could not speak English clearly. He could not understand me and I could not understand him. I even spelled out the word /pan/ and he yelled at me and said, “thin crust”. I’m sorry, but if you’re taking orders over the phone you should be able to speak and understand customers. Needless to say, I ordered from some where else so Pizza Hut lost my order of 6 pizzas. I would give zero stars if I could.

If I could give this location a zero star rating I would. I placed an order online at 5:22pm for a dinner box. It said the order would be ready in 10-20 minutes. When we arrived there was a line of cars in the parking lot. We pulled to the window in the drive thru with two other cars ahead of us. We may have waited for 10 -12 minutes in the line in the drive thru. One of the employees was outside crying and another employee was comforting her. When we got to the window the cashier/server Yvonne told us that our food got burned in the oven. She said they remade everything and, she said it should be out soon. It wouldn’t take long and to pull to the front because, she’ll bring it out to us when it finishes. We pulled to the front of the store. We waited for the food. As we were waiting, other customers pulled in. They got their orders before us. She came outside with other customers orders who had just pulled in the parking lot, and brought them their food. She looked over at our vehicle and walked by to go inside. She came outside again and stopped by our car to ask us the order name again. We told her the order name and she said okay. We waited for over 40 minutes for the remake that she claimed was cooking. My husband went inside and asked for a refund. There was confusion about who the manager was on staff. She said that the cinnamon sticks were ready that she can just give us the food still. My husband told her no and asked for his money back for the long wait. She mentioned something about her co worker crying and that they were trying to see what was going on outside with their distressed co worker. We eventually got our refund slip and went somewhere else. I definitely will not be back at this location at all, if I am ever in the Oxford/anniston area again.
