Excellent service... Explained what smoothie is the healthiest and why it's the healthiest. Ordered the Detox Green that is only 180 calories with no added sugar. Taste amazing and the price is well worth it. Will definitely come back very soon!

I went to this location. They did not ask me if I would like to leave a tip they automatically left themselves a tip!! I'll be calling my credit card company Monday. Plus A call to State of Michigan. I'm pretty sure it's against the law!

I love tropical smoothie! But the service has declined tremendously! This location has been one of the worst. I walked in at 10am not one customer in drive thro nor in the lobby, the guy told me he isn't taking orders inside and that I have to go to the drive thro... like really bro? I only wanted one smoothie. Is it really that hard? I would have waited. I'm not impatient at all. Just didn't understand why he'd make me get in my car and wait in the drive thro..... so I drove to the one on Baldwin.

I'm obsessed with the island green smoothie! I've also tried several other smoothies and meals there that I've loved too. but they really need to offer it in a smaller size! Currently they only offer it in one large size. It's so heavy that the bottom of the Styrofoam cup fell out and spilled my smoothie everywhere! It was a mess!! Only reason I gave it 4 stars 🌟

This was the first Tropical Smoothie Cafe I ever went to. My daughter wanted a smoothie one day so we thought we'd give it a go. I remember telling her this wasn't gonna become a habit..HAHAHA...I was wrong.
The smoothies are absolutely smashing! The 'Beach Bum' is my favorite! The kid goes between 'Sunrise Sunset' and 'Blimey Limey'(my second favorite).
The smoothies are great and filling. I'm glad we stopped that day!

These seem to be popping up everywhere around me. I like their sandwiches, they seem pretty healthy and never leave me feeling like I just ate a big Mac. Always good clean feeling food that tastes a level above fast food. I would get smoothies more often if they weren't so freaking massive I can't finish it lol . Watch those cups they may break and make a mess. Great location too !
