Best Chinese takeout in town! I’ve lived in many places in Connecticut and tried many Chinese takeout places. This place definitely stands out with their big, juicy chunks of meat; large, tender shrimps and balanced and flavorful sauce. General Tso’s Chicken and Chicken Broccolis are must try! Same dish but done waaay better than other places!

Everything was gross, right down to the rice. The top layer of rice was clumped together, and it tasted like there were burnt particles throughout, like they cooked it in a dirty pan. The general Tsos tasted like low quality orange chicken. The shell on the crab rangoons was thick and chewy, and the filling was so disgusting I couldn't eat them. I finally met the first eggroll I didn't like as well. I'd be embarrassed if I owned/worked at this restaurant.

Shing jet doesn't respect their customers when asked why i only received 3 wings in a single order the owner stated that the wings are jumbo wings, I told him that the wings were regular size not jumbo and i should have gotten 4 wings in my order the owner hung the phone up on me but takes our money on a weekly basis when we order at least 70 dollars each visit when i brought the wings back he asked me how many were eaten and I told him I ate 1 instead of making things right he told me he would give me back my money and he took back the wings. This is how they treat people that spend good money to support their business, they won't get anymore of my business.
