We visited Whittard Tea shop and, WOW, what an experience! Michael and Brenda were amazing! Absolutely incredible service and experience. They were both amazing, friendly, professional, informative and helpful. I was blown away by the products and flavours and they both introduced us to some amazing new flavours! I felt like I was in a sweet shop. Never in my life did I think I would buy anything but ‘Yorkshire’, but they definitely changed my mind and made me make a purchase. Incredible service and experience and lets not even start on the flavours! Unbelievable ! Thank you to you both for sharing your passion of Whittard! 💫

The hotel chocolate is amazing, the best in the business. I've had a lot of different ones but this is the best despite the higher prices. I would recommend this to anyone and the shops always lovely with fantasticly wonderful staff. The free taster are great as well so you know you'll like it before spending all that money on some hot chocolate. All the packages are the nicest and look lovely as normal objects!!
Huge Selection of Teas.
This branch had some loose teas available to buy that other branches in London didn't have.
The store was very busy but the staff were still very helpful and patient.
They had samples of most their products so you can smell before buying and they had a small selection of teas ready to drink for free as a taster. They also had hot chocolate to try!
I bought the Marrakech Mint Green Loose Tea and White Chocolate White Loose Tea, with a very nice Loose Tea Infuser!
It’s a small shop but you can find a great variety of teas, which smell absolutely amazing. They also have a small variety of hot chocolates and some coffee. We bought some teas and hot chocolate and they were both great, although somewhat expensive.
Fine selection of interesting teas in bags or loose. They also have coffee that can be ground for you. Lovely friendly staff, very much enthusiasts: a delight to talk to with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Very nice paraphernalia: cups, teapots, milk jugs, biscuits, cafetieres, pour-over, AeroPress (I was buying tea but have one of these for coffee and can't recommend it enough). I am trying the fill-me-up drawstring tea bags (partly reusable) into which you add/mix your choice of loose tea (my first foray since my current favourite, smokey Lapsang, only there as that), drinking now and I think has worked well. I will be going there again.
