We visited Whittard Tea shop and, WOW, what an experience! Michael and Brenda were amazing! Absolutely incredible service and experience. They were both amazing, friendly, professional, informative and helpful. I was blown away by the products and flavours and they both introduced us to some amazing new flavours! I felt like I was in a sweet shop. Never in my life did I think I would buy anything but ‘Yorkshire’, but they definitely changed my mind and made me make a purchase. Incredible service and experience and lets not even start on the flavours! Unbelievable ! Thank you to you both for sharing your passion of Whittard! 💫

Fine selection of interesting teas in bags or loose. They also have coffee that can be ground for you. Lovely friendly staff, very much enthusiasts: a delight to talk to with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Very nice paraphernalia: cups, teapots, milk jugs, biscuits, cafetieres, pour-over, AeroPress (I was buying tea but have one of these for coffee and can't recommend it enough). I am trying the fill-me-up drawstring tea bags (partly reusable) into which you add/mix your choice of loose tea (my first foray since my current favourite, smokey Lapsang, only there as that), drinking now and I think has worked well. I will be going there again.
