I had a problem with my take out this evening and a lovely worker call Rio was very kind, he was so nice about it and gave us free cookies and a drink as apologising.

Amazing service from our driver tonight, I accidentally put the wrong contact number for my order and my driver went above and beyond to locate me. And even re delivered the order after I had called the store to ask where my order is. Couldn’t thank this man enough!

We came here after a trip to the theatre last Saturday following an extremely disappointing meal at Pizza Express. I had been trying to get delivery via the app but it was not recognising the postcode of our hotel.
The members of staff were so helpful, advising us that it would be cheaper to take the pizza with us (with it being £10 for a medium pizza or £22 if we wanted delivery). We explained that we'd have to walk back to our hotel which was 30 mins, but they told us when and where to catch a bus from. I then decided to have a side, and they helped us again by advising of a deal where we could get 2 sides for an extra £1.
This was all prepared and cooked quickly, meaning we were able to catch our bus, and make it back to the hotel with hot food! The pizzas were incredible too!
Sorry I didn't get any of your names, but whoever was working Saturday night, you just completed our already brilliant Oxford trip!

It's not busy most of the time but even if it is they are very efficient in dealing with orders

In the past I had problems with ordering and the wrong food arriving but it's not too difficult to resolve it.

Very quick service and the staff were friendly. It's at a very convenient location - 2 minutes walk from Oxford main train station and is open till late in the night.
The pizza is good and they continue to maintain the best standards for protection from Covid19 by limiting the number of people inside and glass partition.
PS - it's just a delivery/collection outlet and there is no place for dine-in.

I’ve used Dominos Pizza quite often these days. When it arrives it’s still piping hot and very tasty. The people that bring it are very friendly. It’s brilliant when I just can’t be bothered to cook; just phone and order!

Love coming here really early in the morning, I just love Domino's as I have never received bad service before. Me and my mates always love the delicious food you provide. And especially that you don't close until 5am is a real bonus for everyone especially the college students.
