The hotel chocolate is amazing, the best in the business. I've had a lot of different ones but this is the best despite the higher prices. This branch had some loose teas available to buy that other branches in London didn't have.

It’s a small shop but you can find a great variety of teas, which smell absolutely amazing. They also have a small variety of hot chocolates and some coffee. We bought some teas and hot chocolate and they were both great, although somewhat expensive.
Fine selection of interesting teas in bags or loose. They also have coffee that can be ground for you. Great store. When I walked in the the staff were very warm and welcoming. The lady who served me offered me a variety of tastings & helped decide on a fantastic gift for my sister which she loved. I shall be shopping in there more.

All-time favourite store -- the staff at the Oxford branch is always helpful and friendly (seriously, every single employee in there is my favourite), the selection is excellent, and I can definitely recommend the new loyalty programme.
Numerous selection of teas and friendly staff. However, if you are just a visitor from UK, probably it's another ordinary Whittard of Chelsea shop in another city. If you are a tourist, it maybe worth to get some tea if this is your final destination in UK.
This place has many great products and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Especially enjoy the dreamtime instant tea and English rose tea.
