Just ate the Sunday buffet, the curries are fantastic.

Just been back to the Tree hotel for Sunday lunch, its been some time, before Covid struck.
Delicious food, Asian buffet or carvery. I opted for the Asian. Nice newly refirbished dining room. Pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices, but bill could be itemised.
I wish the waiters were a little more chatty.
Overall a nice experiance.

I am reviewing this as a takeaway outlet, but I have to say this is for me the best place for Indian/SE Asian food in Oxford. I've lived here for many years, and whether it is when they were known as Aziz or in their current format, their food is always delicious, and always dependable. Love this place. Proper pub vibe with exceptional Indian food. Friendly, too. Had quite a few big events here and it’s always delivered. Also - one of Oxford’s biggest horse chestnut trees in the garden!

Three of us dined last night and had the best Indian meal in many years. The welcome was excellent and we had the pleasure of meeting Aziz. I had Jalfeez and it was pleasantly hot, well spiced. My friends plates were clean at the end so I guess they were happy too. Will definitely cone again.

Beautiful decor and food presentation with delicious dishes for a good price. The portion sizes are very good, maybe even a bit large, so perhaps order less than you think you'll need. The staff are very quick and professional and I think this is a great way to get a taste of Bangladeshi food, since Indian food is more the norm in these parts.

Excellent food, excellent service. One of the best indians I have had. They produce a no-nonsense meal to a very high standard. Will definitely come here again should the opportunity arise.

Looked for a restaurant close to our hotel in Oxford and saw the Aziz. Called in expecting a typical meal but what we got was so much better. Ample portions and really excellent food. Staff were really friendly and had a great sense of humour. Extra touches like crispy onion on top of the rice made quite a difference to the flavour and crisp garlic bread was superb. We will without a doubt call back when we visit Oxford again in December.
