I'm always very well attended to at this café, and the atmosphere reminds me of Italy, in addition to the loyalty card that you get for every 9 coffees. I love it and highly recommend it.
Service was quick and friendly, takeaway coffee was hot in my own cup, but the barista added far to much syrup to the tiramisu latte. I know it's personal taste, but it was too much. I recommend asking for less.
I always have a great experience in the Oxted branch of Caffè Nero. The staff are helpful with things like table service or moving chairs to accommodate my wheelchair/poor mobility. I frequent Nero with my family & when meeting friends …

Nice staff in this Cafe Nero, but all the coffee varieties seem to come out looking the same. Cappuccino, flat white, latte etc.
