Incredible cooked breakfast! Great value and great quality ingredients. Up there with the best cooked breakfast my husband has had. Not to be outdone was the delicious burrito selection with the Cheesy B being a favourite. Highly recommend eating in or taking away

Stopped here for lunch after cycling the Camel Trail from Wadebridge and so glad I did because it was absolutely delicious. I had the Cheesy B burrito which was a stunning combo of halloumi, hash brown, tasty avocado salsa, scrambled egg and possibly some more cheese. The toasties were equally delicious and everything was served hot and speedily. The staff were really friendly and the view from the bench that we sat on to enjoy our lunch was a beautiful backdrop. Normally we’d go into Padstow for pasties and chips but I was so pleased to try this place for the first time and will definitely be back to try more of the fab menu. Handy toilets nearby to wash hands and freshen up. Edit: came back again in Aug ‘23 for another Cheesy B after dreaming of one since the last time. Just as excellent this time. Remembered to take a pic.

Stopped for lunch here after cycling from Wadebridge.
Food was delicious and service was top tier. Would definitely recommend eating here. The chicken wrap was delicious.

I had the best cooked breakfast at Ben's after being recommended it by a local who overheard me looking for a breakfast spot. Service was incredibly friendly, and it was incredibly good value for money. It was also the only place I could find in Padstow that offered a proper meal before 9am. Highly recommended.

Fantastic find in Padstow! Ate here a couple of times on our holiday and was never disappointed. The food tastes great and very reasonably priced compared to other businesses in the centre of the town.
The coffee is very good and I would have posted a picture of our morning rolls (baps) but we demolished them almost instantly.
Highly recommend for a full cooked breakfast or breakfast baps. Didn’t have any of the lunch items but I assume they will be very tasty too.
