Delightful afternoon at Castle Barton Restaurant. A quirky 'grandma's dining room' vibe and delicious food at a very reasonable price. Will be heading back there very shortly to enjoy another chocolate roulade with real clotted cream, though the brie & tomato brushetta and game pie were just as good!
This is an interesting and forgotten place. Quite near the main roads of Torquay. I really enjoyed the countryside around here and the castle which has link's to sir Walter Raleigh. I did not go into the castle as was outside opening hours. Castle is still resided by a family. Unbelievable this is so close to Torquay 😂. …
