We ate here Friday night at 8pm and Sunday at around 6.30pm both times we were seated immediately and in a nice position and they took our drink order straight away which was good as it was so hot. On Friday we were told there was a 20min wait for food which was fine as we used the salad bar as a small starter and Sunday there was no wait. My friend is a coeliac so needed gluten free and had something different both times and both dishes were apparently delicious (she is going to try and recreate the sea bass with chorizo). The staff were really friendly and helpful without being intrusive, food was tasty and a good size portion and it was reasonably priced - we were also offered the option of paying seperately. The only minor niggle I had was that on Sunday the bread rolls were stale and really hard. We were on holiday but would be happy to eat here when we come back next year
Lovely place to have dinner! Booked for 6:30pm was served by i think Bryan , was quite lively and kind, also the food was really great.
Came here for dinner again today 05/07 , had the chicken skewers today another great meal and was served by Michael, a kind and friendly waiter. Will be coming a few more times whilst were here on holiday💚
It was fantastic when my friend and I went there for dinner. Despite having an egg allergy and being a vegetarian, I appreciated how they handled the contamination because I often avoid eating at non-vegetarian restaurants. Jamie and Grace were extremely welcoming and accommodating with my allergies. Both the food and the beverages were great.
We booked online via app as it is a very easy way to book a table on any particular day and time. We arrived and was shown to our table. We were given a nice welcome from the server.
Our drinks and food order was taken and arrived promptly.
We went for the Easter menu which was a 3 course meal.
The food was very tasty. It was great value for money.
The salad station was well stocked.
There are toilets which were clean.
Great value for money.
Have been here many times before and have enjoyed the food and the location.
Sadly no longer with us. I don't know why it was really nice to eat at good prices good service a really good place to go. The place its turning into is not going to offer these good services. It's going to be just another place decorated the way they think everyone likes it with tourist prices and not for the whole year locals. Very sad.
Went there for my dad's 80th birthday food was great and although it was fairly busy didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive
This Harvester is situated near Paignton seafront but had no obvious signage that we could see. At the weekend it was very busy with noisy families but quieter after about 7 pm. Our server Michael was excellent. He was friendly and attentive all evening. We were all pleased with our food and drinks although these days the salad bar seems much less interesting everywhere. Good value for money especially the set menus.
Excellent customer service - I really appreciated the staff taking the time to bring out the kids meal before mine to stop the little one getting restless. Nice little addition of a colouring set too! Food was okay, nothing amazing but did the job! Only feedback would be lack of children's cutlery - in fairness I didn't ask! Everything was a good level of clean considering it was a busy lunch time.
Enjoyable views across the green and promenade
Great Place for Dinner
Why visiting for work me and my coworker had dinner here a few times during the week.
We had a server called Michael and what amazing service he gave a great friendly guy and a pleasure to meet.
The food was what you would expect but very tasty.
I would highly recommend booking a table before going as it can get busy. You can make a reservation via the website for a quick easy way to get your table and meal as when you want.
When visiting again am sure to visit and take dinner again.
Note the restaurant is open till 9 pm so book early for no disappointment.
We booked online and were taken to our table quickly. Our waiter Jack B was superb! Took great care of us and paid special attention to food allergies. He went above and beyond and always had a smile.

Went for a meal here when visited brixham. Myself, husband and 2 kids. Hubby had the 2 course menu for £8.99. I had the 3 course for £10.99. Both kids had the kids menu. We all had free unlimited salad from the salad bar and also free unlimited breads and soft drinks. Meal was fantastic and the kids were amazed with their design your own desserts. (See pics). Deffo eat here again when we return to the area. Been here before but seems a lot better now. Service was good too. Thanks for a lovely meal.
