Came here for a snack after a heavy morning's shopping. Being gluten intolerant there wasn't much for me to eat , however the staff went out of their way to make sure I had something yummy. Excellent customer service, especially from Dilly.

The staff working here were just fantastic! £1 donuts with our coffees. Staff kindly didn't complain when I lit a cake for my sisters birthday and almost set the alarm off! Very freindly and approachable staff! Great customer service! Latte was fab as always.

Sometimes I wish I'd never tried Tim Horton's... Pretty sure I'm addicted to some of their doughnuts.
I've visited this (far too conveniently located) branch a couple of times now. The staff are always very welcoming, and helpful.
The restaurant is always clean and tidy, with a good atmosphere.
A nice place to sit in and have a conversation with friends or an informal meeting, both are always better with coffee and doughnuts.

Very poor gluten free options unfortunately. A massive brand too and can't offer gluten free, 😔
Coffees are nice. The normal food looks decent and my family enjoyed it.

Lovely spacious coffee shop. The screen ordering saves queueing at the till. Server was very pleasant. The toilets however were not very clean with toilet paper all over the floor.

The Renfrew Road Tim Hortons offers good coffee and donuts. You can drive through, order in the store at electronic kiosk, or with staff at counter. Sometimes service in the store can be slow (if busy) but the store seems to more consistently provide better service than a nearby Starbucks. At busy times the drive through is a better option. They seem to have a preference for disposable containers and cups...this is one for management rather than staff to look for ways the company could be more sustainable/ support more environmentally sustainable behaviours.

Always come to this Tim Horton's when my car is being fixed in the local Halfords. The team are great and always friendly. Food is well priced and good quality.
Also recommend their Christmas white chocolate drink.

4 stars because it's fast food. But as fast food goes, theirs is 5-star. And their French vanilla iced latte was probably the best coffee I've had from a chain. Any chain. See for yourself!
